I have been dealing with PP for years. Mel Mezo has been very understanding when I make a mistake! Customer service has seemed to be lost in most companies. Not here! At Plastic Printers you still talk to a live person located in the USA who you can fully understand with out a language issue. I must say Plastic printers will have my business for a long time
