I've had some awesome workers but for some reason since they gave me the one I have had for last past year, he is very un trustworthy and very slow at returning emails or calls. It seems like he chooses when to respond and isn't helpful during the pandemic he has messed up everything from doctors notes to handing it over to correct people they just honored me back to a 3 bedroom after I was and have been on that but because he couldn't get me proper paperwork on time so i could get it back to them and he took my voucher down into a 2 bedroom and didnt send me letters until early july and other letter stating my portion had changed from may through july and that put me behind on my rent... I've never had such horrible unprofessional assistance through them until now and I'm so hurt, confused and upset ...... this pandemic also shut down section 8 I couldn't walk in and talk to nobody and I couldn't get anyone to respond like normal timing I was left in the dark and so unfair.
