This is our first day here and I am extremely disappointed in the following:
-
-The pool in the women s section is decent with a simple slide, it is not a professional swimming pool but it s rather supposed to be a recreational one; they re making the children wear head caps that you have to purchase for 23SAR Each! I ve been to resorts all over the world and head caps are never required in family vacations! This creates extra nuisance and for what!!!
-you have to rent the towels for 12 SAR and they don t even look that clean!! Where in the world do people pay for towels on a beach resort that s designed for water activities!!
-Room key got deactivated and the person to help us get new keys is not there yet!
