Beijing Ewaybot Technology LLC is an average company at best. Their products are decent but nothing groundbreaking. I bought one of their robots and it worked fine for a while, but then started having issues. Customer service was responsive but it took them a while to resolve the problem. Overall, I wouldn't say I'm impressed with their products or service.
