I am a CUSTOMER and I rate Unity Systems as average. The company website unitysystems.net is easy to navigate and visually appealing. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and their solutions were not always helpful. Overall, Unity Systems provides an okay service but there is definitely room for improvement.
