Jami and Bert were absolutely wonderful. They worked with us at every step of assessing an heirloom stone, determining the best options for a necessary recut, and designing a custom setting that we love. The end product is absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted. They were patient and responsive with all our questions and balanced all of our concerns from cost to longevity.
