I had a mixed experience with International Application Solution- an IBM company. Overall, the service provided was average. Although they were prompt in their responses and handled our queries efficiently, the solutions provided were not up to the mark. There were a few technical glitches which caused delays in our project. However, their customer support team was helpful in resolving our issues. I would rate their service as average.
