The staff at Dr.'s Making House Calls are COMPLETE...

The staff at Dr.'s Making House Calls are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I was a patient of their practice, but decided to cancel my services because I could NOT get a call back (to schedule appointments). My husband didn't like that I cancelled our services and asked that I call them back to sign up as new patients again.
When I called back and spoke with a manager (Brittany Douglas in New Patient Care) about the lack of prompt and courteous service...she informed me that I had been called to schedule an appointment and that they would be happy to open up a new patient record for myself and my husband. Once I submitted all New Patient Paperwork to her via email...guess what happened!!! NO ONE CALLED ME BACK to schedule our appointment!
I ended up calling them back (after my submitted paperwork was turned in on 6/23/15 and it was now 7/9/15) to speak with someone there and was told that there was NO ONE TO SERVICE OUR AREA (in Willow Springs, NC)! I think that this was just a case of the "you are a problem and we don't want to offer our services to you"!!!! We are completely appalled and DO NOT RECOMMEND DR.'S MAKING HOUSE CALLS TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS! Very poor communication with their patients and sad that this service is not what it advertises!
