I have been a customer of Pet Hollywood INC for several years now and I must say that their services are average. They provide all the necessary pet supplies and have a decent range of products. However, I feel that their prices are a bit high compared to other pet stores in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in attending to customers. Overall, I would rate them as average.
