I had a mixed experience with Smg of alaska, inc. On one hand, the convention center itself was impressive, with state-of-the-art facilities and a beautiful ambiance. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The staff seemed overwhelmed and it was difficult to get assistance when needed. Overall, it was an okay experience.
