I've been attending a local martial arts gym for a couple of years now and recently decided to try Upper Cumberland MMA. I was immediately impressed by the quality of instruction and the focus on technique. The instructors are patient and really take the time to break things down. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I've made some great friends since joining. Plus, the pricing is very fair compared to other gyms in the area. Highly recommend!
