Took 4 phone calls over 2 days just to find out the parts department didn't have what i needed for my vehicle. I would give them the benefit of doubt of being busy, but when i called cherry hill they answered my phone call after one ring, guided me to all the parts i needed, and when i went to go pick up my parts the cherry hill dealership was very busy but they assisted me in person just as well as they did over the phone. GO TO CHERRY HILL FOR MERCEDES NEEDS
