I had an average experience with Lancom infrastructure. Their website lancom.co.za was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for someone to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
