Called up in advance about climbing. Informed the person on the phone that we were experienced climbers and we were told that we could simply turn up and climb. I asked if there was a test/introduction session and we were told no.
Turned up and were then told we needed an introduction session and that no one was Available. Annoyed that we were told otherwise and then had a wasted journey.
