I'm disappointed. Grandpa bought an oven and he missed it. After the heater was replaced twice by the service, it turned out, after consulting the company, that the equipment is technically efficient, sending the heater drawings and model description in English is reliable documentation and baking cakes in the oven is not using it as intended. The complaint has been going on for over half a year and emails from Elektrolux are becoming more and more economical. Unfortunately, spreading your hands and saying that it is like that doesn't get the job done. The treatment of an elderly person by Elektrolux is reprehensible, regardless of the age of my grandfather, all actions bore the signs of a desire to discourage and prolong the complaint, and finally stop at "we do not see any grounds for complaint in this matter, the equipment is technically efficient" statements based on the service findings whose activities have been advertised to Elektrolux! At the request for a paper-based statement on this matter, detailing the change of position and relying on the opinion of the service, whose actions led to the complaint, the Elektrolux website is mouth watering and does not respond. How can you trust a company that deals with the elderly in this way?
