I've had a mixed experience with Universal Federal Credit Union. While their online banking platform is easy to use, their customer service needs improvement. The staff can be unhelpful at times, and it's frustrating when I have to wait for extended periods to get a response. The rates and fees are reasonable, but overall, they need to work on their customer support.
