I had a mixed experience with Bteract. While their website is easy to navigate and their customer service is generally helpful, I found that their response time to inquiries was slower than I would have liked. The overall service provided was average, nothing exceptional. I would consider using Bteract again, but only if I couldn't find better alternatives.
