One of our drivers were turned away, due to load being loaded in the correct order. Only 3 pallets were to be delivered. The entire load was loaded right down the middle of the trailer. Ultra lightweight also. Off loading wasn't even necessary. It just needed to be repositioned. Had to forfeit the next load that was already booked. Punishing the driver for something that was out of his control is a lack of professionalism.
