My ob is in Newton and I loved my ob, not so much ...

My ob is in Newton and I loved my ob, not so much the office she worked at but the ob was great. Now when I had my daughter the staff was nice just the only part that makes this hospital so awful is the receptionists are not friendly and the lady in billing. She's rude and hateful and they aren't really willing to do much to help people out when it comes to setting up payments or trying to help them in regards to insurance. I hate saying it but next time I'm expecting a child again, I won't be returning to Newton.
