I had an average experience with Sidepitch. The website was easy to navigate and the overall user interface was user-friendly. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my queries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I think Sidepitch can improve their customer support to provide a better experience for their users.
