I have been a customer of Progressive Congress for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they provide the basic necessities, I find that they lack in certain areas. The website is not user-friendly and it takes forever to navigate through the different pages. Additionally, their customer support team is not very helpful and often gives generic responses to my inquiries. However, I do appreciate their competitive prices and the fact that they offer a wide range of products and services.
