Yesterday was my first class at John Wai Kung Fu Academy, as well as my first kickboxing class I had ever taken. I immediately felt welcomed the second I walked in to sign up for the class. The instructors are AMAZING and so supportive to each student, beginner to expert. It was a tough class but exactly what I have been looking for and I would recommend this studio to everyone! The schedule is accommodating to everyone, whether you are looking for an early morning workout before heading into work or if you prefer to jet over to the studio after you are done working for the day to release some steam. Very excited to start my journey here and I encourage anyone who wants an awesome full body workout that is also fun to come and join!
