I had a mixed experience with the company website. While some aspects of their service were great, others fell short of my expectations. The website was easy to use and navigate, which was a plus. However, the customer support was lacking in responsiveness and knowledge. I had to wait for a long time to get my issues resolved and even then, the solutions provided were not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
