I had a mixed experience with Bartels property finance. Overall, their service was average. The loan process was smooth, but I felt like their customer service could have been better. The staff were polite, but not very proactive in keeping me updated throughout the process. In terms of rates, they were competitive, but not the best available in the market. Overall, I would rate them as average.
