The services provided by Inera ab are average. They are neither great nor poor. While they have been able to meet our basic requirements, there is certainly room for improvement. Communication can sometimes be a bit slow, and there have been instances where we faced issues that took longer to resolve than expected. Overall, it hasn't been a bad experience, but there is definitely scope for them to enhance their services.
