Very poor customer service. I purchased a leather couch off the showroom, and when delivered appeared so much bigger for my room. I called while delivery was here for exchange. Could do it for $1000 plus $100 delivery.
That's ridiculous and sales person's attitude was not very nice. Last sale from them .
