I've had a less-than-ideal experience with Aerial7. The product I received did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I reached out multiple times, but each response was slow and unhelpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Aerial7 as below average.
