I had an average experience with Bold Commerce. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Bold Commerce is an average company.
