I recently utilized the services of a recruitment agency and had a mixed experience. While they did help me find a job, the overall process was a bit confusing and there were times when I felt like I was not getting the support I needed. However, I appreciate the effort put in by the agency and acknowledge that they did find a suitable job for me in the end.
