That is not true. I've been shopping at this place for a long time and use to recommend it to everyone I know. There is a hot sauce that they have I like. The last few times I've went in they were sold out. Everyone that works there is very nice except for the lady who works behind the counter who always reminds me she's the owner's wife. She told me since they were always out would I like a whole case. I told her yes and ask her how much it would cost. She said $27. She said she would call me when it was in. I told her thank you. A gentleman called me about a week later and asked me if I would still like the case. I told him yes. He then told me that it would be $52. I told him the lady had told me 27$. He put me on hold and then came back and told me it would be $48. I asked him how much they sold each bottle for off the shelf. He said a $1.75. I then asked him how much would I be paying per bottle at $48. He said $3.20. I told him this was not the price that the lady had quoted me. And that why would I pay more per bottle then what they sell them for off the shelf. He said that I had to pay for shipping. But if they sell each bottle at the store for a $1.75 off the shelf, that must include shipping or they would be losing money for each bottle they sell, plus you usually get things cheaper when you buy in bulk not more expensive. He could not explain this to me just that the price had changed from the quote she gave me and it now included shipping. This makes no sense. I bought a lot of stuff from this store over the last few years. And never had any issues untill my dealings with the woman who works behind the counter who always reminds me she's the owner's wife. That is why they get one star. And I tell everyone about my experience there. Honesty is the best policy.
I see you have changed your reply again. I do not only write one star reviews. I've written over a hundred reviews ranging from one star to five stars. I am courteous and friendly to everyone even when they're not courteous and friendly to me. I've never braged about being incarcerated, I said they sell a hot sauce called Zapp's in the Texas Department of Criminal Justices commissary and if you could get it. How do you know I didn't work there. Never ask you for a special order, you recommended it. Liar liar pants on fire.
