I recently used this company's services and had a somewhat average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of products they offered. However, I did encounter a few issues with my order. The delivery took longer than expected, and there was a mix-up with the items I received. 😕 Despite these hiccups, their customer service was responsive and cooperative in resolving the problems. I was able to return the incorrect items and received a refund promptly. While I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation, I would have preferred a smoother overall experience. 🤷‍♀️Considering the price point, I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, it was an average experience, and I'm not sure if I would use their services again. 😐
