I recently had the opportunity to work with Pencom systems and overall I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and find information about their services. The customer service was decent, although there were times when it took longer than expected to get a response. The pricing was fair and the quality of the products was satisfactory. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery of my order, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would rate Pencom systems as average.
