I had an overall average experience with Faway. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. However, the customer service could have been better. They were not very responsive to my queries and it took a long time for them to resolve my issue. I would recommend Faway if you're looking for affordability, but don't expect top-notch customer service.
