I recently hired Sierra West Electric for some electrical work at my home. The website was easy to navigate, and scheduling an appointment was simple. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, as I found it difficult to get a hold of someone when I had questions. The electrician who came to my home was knowledgeable and did a decent job, but I felt the pricing was a bit high for the work that was done. Overall, the experience was average. I would recommend this company for their technical expertise but hope they can improve their customer service and pricing structure for a more satisfying experience.
