Netxpress ht provided an average service. The website pcxpress.com was easy to navigate and they had a good selection of products. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. The representative I spoke to was not very knowledgeable and did not provide helpful answers. Overall, my experience with Netxpress ht was average.
