I recently had the opportunity to work with a commercial real estate agency based in the US, and I must say my experience was average. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided essential information about their services. However, I found the range of properties they offered to be somewhat limited, which made it challenging to find exactly what I was looking for. While the customer service team was responsive, I encountered some delays in receiving prompt and detailed answers to my queries. Additionally, the level of personalization and attention to detail in their approach fell short of my expectations. Overall, the agency was decent, but there is room for improvement in terms of expanding their property options, enhancing communication efficiency, and providing a more tailored experience for clients.
