I rented a tent from apextents.com for a family reunion in my backyard. The rental process was smooth and the tent was delivered on time. The quality of the tent was great and it was easy to set up. The only drawback was the customer service. When I had a question about the rental, I had to wait a long time to get a response and the representative I spoke to was not very helpful. Overall, I was satisfied with the tent rental but the customer service could have been better.
