I have a 2013 Dodge Dart bought from this dealership. In between oil changes, I noticed that there was barely any oil registering on the dipstick. I brought it back to the dealership, they said they needed to do an oil consumption test. Test started, I had to bring the car back to the dealership in 1,000 miles to check the oil. The oil was fine however, 3,000-5,000 miles, again, barely any oil in the car. Brought the car back, they said need to check to make sure there wasn't a clog somewhere in the line. They changed some parts (PCV) and performed another test. Brought it back in 1,000 miles again and the oil was fine. I told them to tag it again for another 1,000 miles so it can be checked again. I did this process 3 more times until the mileage was at 4,000 miles since the last oil change When I brought it back the last time, I was told that the car needs to have 1 quart of oil put in it every 1,000 miles. Have you ever heard of anything so crazy? The car is not supposed to "lose" oil between oil changes. There's no leaks (that's been checked), the oil is just disappearing. I have an extended warranty on this vehicle so a problem like this should be covered but, the dealership doesn't want to take responsibility for the problems I am having with this vehicle. I even called and left a message to speak with the general manager of the dealership. I'm still waiting for a call back more than a month later. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They will not take care of you when you are having serious problems with your vehicle!
