I ve called many times and have never talked to a person. It isn t that big of a deal bc you can text the number listed. I got a response fairly quickly when I text and scheduled a day to have my pool filter cleaned. The day arrived and they never showed up. I texted, called, and left a couple messages throughout the day and never got a response. I called back the next day and left a message then as well. It has been three days since our appointment and still haven t heard from them. I have no clue what happened and they didn t even have the professional courtesy to call back. If there is a resolution I will update this review.
