Long story, short...they misdiagnosed my dog after a urinalysis and now she is peeing blood every time she goes potty. We called and they said that they could give us antibiotics. When we arrived, they wouldn't give us antibiotics without paying for them because their manager is in the Carribean. Then they laughed us out of the office without so much as a sorry for possibly killing your dog. Avoid this place like the plague...it's gone way down hill in the past couple of years.
