The overall experience with Gateway Motorhome Co was average. Although the customer service was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the condition of the motorhomes. The rental process was smooth and the staff was friendly, but the motorhome we rented had some minor issues like a faulty AC system and a leaky faucet. It was not a terrible experience, but it could have been better.
