I recently purchased a standing desk from realergonomics.com and it's been a game changer for my productivity. The desk is sturdy and well-built, and the height adjustment mechanism works smoothly. However, the assembly instructions were a bit confusing, which caused a minor delay in setting up the desk. Once I got it assembled, though, it has been fantastic. I can now switch between sitting and standing throughout the day, which has greatly improved my posture and overall comfort. I would recommend Soma Ergonomics INC for their standing desks.
