I had a mixed experience with Wide Open Outdoors, LLC. The quality of their products is average, and the prices are reasonable. However, their customer service needs improvement. The response time to my queries was slow, and when I finally got a response, it wasn't very helpful. I hope they can work on addressing these issues.
