The food from Eatbyalex is good, but it didn't wow me like I expected. The flavors were decent, but I felt like something was missing. The portion sizes were adequate, but I wished there was a bit more variety in the menu. The delivery was on time and the customer service was satisfactory. Overall, it was an average experience.
