Worse customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have sent several emails, a fax, and numerous phone calls requesting the paperwork and processing instructions to their "special loans" department asking how to allow someone to assume my loan. They respond telling me I have to submit a written request, when I tell them I have done so both by fax and by email, they simply say they will inform someone I am waiting for a response then hang up. I guess at this point my only recourse is to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau . 1 star is far too good for this company... wish I could put less
