I had a quite average experience with Eko infomatics solutions pvt ltd. The company website ekoinfomatics.com provides basic information about their services. However, I found the overall user interface of the website to be outdated and not very user-friendly. The response time of their customer support team was also not satisfactory. Although they managed to solve my issue eventually, it took longer than expected. I hope they work on improving their website and customer support to provide a better experience to their clients.
