Shockingly terrible customer service for an organization that charges a fee for membership. When attempting to obtain information from the office, I was first directed to an email address that does not respond. When I followed up by phone, the woman who answered but refused to give her name hung up on me. This chamber also gives false and misleading information to members about their events. Beware and spend your money elsewhere.
