I have been a customer of Jenolica, LLC for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average at best. The company is slow to respond to inquiries and their customer support is not very helpful. However, their products are of decent quality and their prices are reasonable. Overall, I would rate my experience with Jenolica, LLC as average.
