I had a mixed experience with Prêt-fab. While their products were of good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. The delivery was delayed and when I contacted them for updates, they were not very responsive. However, once the items arrived, they were exactly as described and I was satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
