Midweek business lunch. Arrived around 13. Room rather full. Customers of the most disparate, from couples to workers. The menu of the day included paniccia (rice, beans and vegetables), risotto with champagne and other delicacies. Try the risotto: excellent. The second they do to the cart: one of the two owners (as they told me) leads this cornucopia of delicacies and slices large portions of meat, accompanied by vegetables. I tried a mixture of roast ham, roast pork, goose salami and wild boar. So much stuff!
